No matter how big or small, everyone has the power to make a difference in their community. At the VYAS Foundation, we provide opportunities for individuals to become members, donate, join our team, volunteer, or partner with us to create positive change. We welcome everyone who wants to help make a difference!

Community Leadership
VYAS offers a high level leadership program for youth in grades 8-12。 All members join our leadership program will have the opportunity to involve in VYAS Youth Council that brings together young people from all of the local high schools to discuss pertinent youth issues, get involved in local projects and participate in community.

Volunteer Service
Through the 30-hour Volunteer Service Program, primarily targeting youth aged 8-18, various volunteer projects are conducted, involving participation in a range of public welfare activities and community cooperation. These projects aim to engage more youth in community service across fields such as healthcare, culture and arts, environmental protection, technological innovation, and multiculturalism, fostering a sense of responsibility among young individuals.

Outstanding Youth Award
A scholarship program established for Canadian youth who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in community service, arts performances, technological innovation, academics, business ideas, sports, and other areas.

Youth Autism Supporting Program
This program is specifically designed for special needs youth, especially those with autism and other disabilities. The VYAS & HFAA Craft Workshop is an activity within the VYAS Support for Autism Youth program, with monthly workshops conducted as part of the project. The aim of this activity is to engage these individuals in social activities through crafting projects, helping young people with autism overcome social barriers, build confidence, and enhance their skills. The workshops also facilitate continuous improvement in areas such as language communication, coordination abilities, and emotional well-being.

Youth and Family Mental Health Supporting Program
Monthly, through the hosting of mental health webinar and weekly Friday Chat, we provide support to youth and families in need, assisting in the establishment of harmonious family relationships.

Environment Protection Program
VYAS aims to foster community collaboration through its initiatives such as the Compassionate Charity Sale and Food Bank Volunteer Project. We aim to reduce resource wastage, improve environmental quality, and enhance social cohesion and solidarity. Our goal is to raise environmental awareness within the community and encourage individuals to take tangible actions to contribute to environmental conservation and societal welfare.
